TV tonight: 'Choice,' 'Burn Notice' 'Suits'

•It's a testament to So You Think You Can Dance host Cat Deeley's skill and grace that she has so far managed to escape the callow horror that is The Choice (Fox, tonight, 9 ET/PT) with most of her dignity intact.
You, however, should just escape, period.
•Burn Notice (USA, 9 ET/PT) returns with Fiona facing prison.
It would be a crime to see her in jail, despite whatever women-in-prison fantasies anyone might harbor.
•Some may want to stick with USA for the second-season premiere of Suits (10 ET/PT), a show based on the dubious idea that a lawyer would risk his career and his firm's survival to pass a college dropout off as an attorney.
It's an idiotic, badly executed premise — but if that doesn't deter you, enjoy.
•Unless you're determined to watch something new, you'd be better off at an entertaining repeat of The Mentalist (CBS, 10 ET/PT) featuring Craig Bierko as a pro football player everyone wants to murder.
The episode is one of the season's cleverest, and it features a great summer-friendly summary of Patrick's philosophy: "When you're dead you're dead. And until then, there's ice cream."
