Paula Deen drops 30 lbs. with 'small changes'

She's wearing one of her familiar blue shirts, but the bod is definitely different.
Nearly six months after announcing she was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, Paula Deen, 65, says she has slimmed down.
To the tune of 30 lbs.
How? No diet program endorsements for Deen, it seems. (Although she did make her initial diabetes announcement as part of a drug endorsement deal.) She simply changed her eating - no more mashed potatoes; lots more fish and salad.
"I do think differently now" about food, she tells People in this week's cover story. "I'm more aware."
She adds, "If you make a few small changes, they can add up to big results."
